In
recent decades the importance of a strict diet regime for top professional
athletes has led to many at the top of their sport to have a full-time
nutritionist as part of their team.
In the
last English cricket tour of Australia the demands each individual team member
made on their very particular diets caused much amusement and comment in the
Australian press. It would be nice to say that their very careful high energy
diet helped them beat the Australians but in fact they lost miserably.
Contrast
that with the English cricket team of the early sixties and the famous occasion
when a star English batsman had sixty runs or so before close of play against
the Australians in a Test match and turned up the following day in a dinner
jacket, smoking a cigarette and dangling two pretty women off each arm having
spent the whole night out.
He went
on to complete his century.
One of
the areas sports nutritionists look at is the digestive system. Healthy red
blood cells fully oxidized are essential for endurance and so too is oxygen in
the intestines to encourage good anaerobic bacteria involved in the break-down
of food to release nutrients into the blood mostly through the lining of the small
intestine.
Many
people who suffer discomfort such as a bloated feeling or irregular bowl
movement including constipation like the product Oxy Powder. This is designed to deliver oxygen
to the intestines, with the result that any impacted waste that may have been
causing the problems is shifted.
Oxygen
in the intestines is essential for a number of good bacteria that are in the
group known as aerobic. The majority of bacteria are the opposite and are known
as anaerobic which means they do not need any oxygen
A
Bloated feeling may just be the beginning of other problems which can involve
unusual fatigue, headaches, joint pain and much more. For this reason the product
may be taken as a precaution and if you have had success with it there is no
reason you should not continue with it.
