happens). As the free radicals move throughout the body, they’re damaging cells
by ‘stealing’ parts of the healthy cells atoms.

we need to ingest antioxidants. Antioxidants neutralise the free radicals by
giving them the missing electron. This stabilises the reaction and consequently
reduces the damage on the body.
There are many
antioxidants and we consume them all the time, especially if we eat specific
