MAINTAINING A HEALTHY BODY IN OLD AGE

If you want your body to remain healthy well into ripe old age you will have to work at it.  It is like anything else, if you do not look after possessions they will either be lost or they will stop working.

This means that you will have to make sure that you give your body all the tools, like nutrients and exercise to keep it in top condition.  However, to prepare for a healthy life you need to rid yourself of nagging problems such as constipation and recurring infections.  Where better to start than sorting your digestive system out.

This is where most ailments have their origin and to start a better life you could begin to cleanse your colon. The easiest way to do this is to take a dietary supplement called Threelac.  This is a probiotic formula comprising three active lactic acid strains of bacillus.

Of course, you can take probiotics in other forms such as increasing your intake of live yoghurts.  Unfortunately not everybody can tolerate milk products.  Although the dietary supplement contains milk derived bacteria, they should not give you any problems.

Most ailments are caused by an overgrowth of the yeast fungus.  You may suffer candidiasis or thrush which is a sure sign that the yeast fungus is getting the upper hand.  If you show no signs of this, the toxins that this fungus produces can cross over into the bloodstream and thus affecting your immune system and perhaps your organs.

This product has been around for some time and is one of the best known and effective supplements on the market, even today.

Although you must adopt your dietary requirements at the same time by not eating too much refined foods, it may be difficult to break the habit of a lifetime and this is where this product is useful.  Even if you cannot leave the biscuit tin and the white bread alone, an occasional maintenance dose of this supplement will ensure that your intestines stay clear of impacted debris.
