What is Fivelac and How to use it

If you do not feel quite right you need to fight to get your fitness back again and not stick your head in the sand and hope that things will get better eventually.
These days we eat what is commonly called a North American diet which is not natural to our intestines at all.  We need to eat fresh produce with the occasional bit of meat for our guts to perform at its best.

However, to get you started on the road to recovery of whatever ails you, you may want to research a probiotic supplement called Fivelac which is the easiest way to nourish your body with five friendly probiotic organisms.  They have been put together as they act in harmony. They make sure that your gut flora is quickly harmonised and a yeast overgrowth, if that was the cause of your feeling unwell, will be quickly banished.

That does not mean that you have to go on eating the said North American diet of hamburgers loads of protein and deep friend stuff.  You should really change your attitude to food and start eating a normal, intended for our body, diet.

A good diet is especially important in older age, but it seems sensible to start well before we reach that point in our lives.  The natural diet which should, as already said above, contain plant foods such as green vegetables.  These contain a good source of fibre which bacteria love to feast on.  It is a case of if you feed your bacteria well they will not feed off you instead.

Bad foods will create an atmosphere of undigested faecal matter which can adhere to your intestinal lining.  In this sort of environment your body will struggle to derive nutrients from your intestines with the result that you will essentially become malnourished.

The probiotic supplement will ensure that your good bacteria will have something to get on with as the product will allow them to work in an oxygenating environment once again.

You will feel a little peaky for a couple of days, but that is normal when taking this supplement.
