How To Keep Things Natural

It is surprising to find that many people these days have trouble to keep their bowel movements regular.
Most of us have suffered constipation at some time in our lives and you know when you have finally managed to go to the toilet, there is always something left behind.

If you have such troubles, there could be a cause for this. You may be suffering from an infection or perhaps your bowel is congested so that your body cannot take up the nutrients required to regulate its wellbeing.

To give your body a helping hand you could have a try of a colon cleanser called Oxy powder, but if you are averse to taking remedies, perhaps a visit to the doctor is more your thing.

You know that with all medical practitioners they will always find you a cure with medicines, but although these will help you they might not be the best thing for your body.  The powder above mentioned is a wholly natural product.

It will gently loosen impacted debris with the introduction of oxygen to the system and it is unlike the harsh and sometimes fibrous consistency of laxatives. When you take this product you may have to stay close to a toilet for a couple of days until your bowel has recovered.

You should take this product for at least seven days. The first dose that you will have to take before bedtime should produce at least five bowel movements the next day. If there are not that many you may have to adjust the dose until you get it right.

Thereafter you should dissolve the powder in a glass of water before a meal. To aid absorption if your stomach acids are low, you should add to this some cider vinegar or the juice of a lemon.  The powder will react with the acid in the drink so that the product will break down quickly when in the stomach.

As with all intestinal complaints, you should also ensure that you eat the right foods, such as fresh vegetables and fruit.  You should minimise the intake of refined convenience foods.
