An alternative approach to colon cleansing

Many diseases have become more prevalent in our modern times.  This is certainly true of digestive ailments such as IBS, Crohns disease and irritable bowel syndrome.
The reason for this is that our diet is sadly lacking in nutrients that our bodies need.  We were not meant to eat flavour enhancers, white flour and sugar and colourings which convenience foods are full of.

In order to feel well again, we need to strip our intestinal tract of impacted solid faecal masses which are the result of our unsuitable diets.  One product that may help you do this is Colosan , not to be confused with colonic irrigation.

Yes, it will clear your bowels out efficiently, but it is done with added oxygen and not copious amounts of water.  The friendly bacteria will be left behind whilst the bad ones are expelled if you take a supplement such as this.  Colonic irrigation will get rid of both good and bad and you would have to make sure that you take probiotics in order to re-establish your gut flora.

Once you are determined to do the right thing by your body, you can then start to sort out a beneficial eating regime.  There is plenty of information on the internet about how to go about it.  If you have a demanding job and social life it may be difficult to cook from scratch every night.  However, a salad is easily prepared if you are short of time.

If you often eat out, please do not go to a fast food outlet, but frequent places where the foods are healthy and fresh.  A bistro, for instance, has a limited menu of fresh food of the day and this would be an ideal place to go.

If you find this dietary preparation a little harsh or it does not suit you, there are other supplements that you can take which may suit you better.  It is all about trial and error and it is worth investigating what different supplements are out there.
