Ways to increase oxygen intake in the body



One of the most beneficial natural elements in nature for the human body is Oxygen. And unlike a popular misconception, rapid breathing or deep breathing techniques do not oxygenate the body effectively!
Exercise: Another way of oxygenating the body naturally is through aerobic exercise like running, walking and bicycling etc. Aerobic exercise helps to increase utility of oxygen and also helps to eliminate waste through the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is flushed of toxins mainly through movement and exercise.
