When Three Bugs Are Better Than None

The human body contains an average of two kilos of bacterium most of which is located in the intestinal system and whilst most of these are good for us there are of course some bad ones.

The bad ones are normally dealt with by the human immune system that has over hundreds of thousands of years built up a database to recognise and deal with them.

Some infections are not so easy to get rid of like cold sores and candida just for examples and antibiotics from the doctor is unlikely to be much use.

There is a school of thought that the rubbish food we all eat may be responsible for a great many infections although not directly but by interfering with the finely balanced actions of the digestive system.

Over processed foods and various chemical additives can get lodged in the system on the lining of the gut anywhere between mouth and rectum although mostly in the intestines. It is here that nutrients are absorbed into the body to keep a good balance of healthy blood cells.

For this reason it may be advisable to try a different sort of approach and cleanse the system by taking an oral product like Threelac a tablet that contains three friendly bacteria that gets to work in helping to balance things out by the simple expedient of releasing oxygen and normalising the balance of PH in the gut.

None of these products can claim to change you from an overweight person with a constant feeling of being bloated without further actions. Self-help must involve a change of diet and a close look at the products you buy in the supermarket.

It also involves regular daily exercise. This does not necessarily mean getting your tracksuit on and running ten miles. For most of us at a certain age a regular half hour brisk walk is all that is needed.

Try getting rid of that bloated feeling with a course of this product, a change of diet and some gentle regular exercise.
