TAKE CARE OF YOUR INNER BODY

Someone somewhere must have worked out what an average person living till their seventieth year must have drunk and eaten. You’ll probably find the answer on the internet and doubtless the answer will astonish.

The extraordinary point is that we shovel down so much in that time and most of us know so little about the processes that go on throughout the digestive tract or how essential organs like liver, pancreas, kidneys and other enzyme producing glands are to the completed food journey.

Man was not created to ingest most of the junk that masquerades as fast food these days neither were we ever intended to take so much refined sugar. Over processed foods and a lazy lifestyle is turning modern kids into little fat monsters with type 2 diabetes to look forward to.

Healthy eating and regular exercise may be the key to avoiding stomach and bowel problems but unfortunately many of us cannot avoid prepared meals because of busy work schedules.

One aspect of the body’s ability to turn raw foods into vitamins, nutrients and extraction of pure water that is often overlooked is the importance of a tiny organism called collectively, bacteria.

We are born with no bacteria in our gut but from that first cry as a new born baby they start to invade both lungs and digestive system from lips to anus.

These essential single cell organisms can only properly be identified under an electron microscope and yet without them we could never build an immune system to battle the bad bacteria we face daily.

They are most active in the intestines and sometimes need a little help. If you suffer changes in bowel regularity, experience a feeling of being bloated and possibly suffer constipation then an aerobic oxygen course may very well help.

As the name implies, the product introduces an oxygen boost where it is most needed mainly in the colon. It is here that impacted waste may lie against the inner surface of the colon and oxygen can boost the activity of the good bacteria as well as loosen the main problem. As a result you may need to make a few more trips to the bathroom but this can only be a good sign.
