It’s Hard To Know If You’ve Got It

An attack of candida is not easy to diagnose properly and even your local health professional is prone to treating for something completely unrelated.

Being Candid About Candida

An outbreak of candida can reveal itself in many places and it can also be hidden and therefore much more difficult to diagnose.

How looking your best this Christmas starts from the inside

December is notoriously known for being a month that is packed full of social commitments. Whether it’s an office party, a suave dinner at a fancy restaurant or a mini break away, no doubt you’ll have already started to think about what to wear in order to look your best.

Beating Fatigue This Winter

When the weather is less than desirable outside and the temperatures plummet, its little wonder that all most of us feel like doing is getting into comfy pyjamas, grabbing a fleecy blanket and hibernating until the spring arrives.

Some Suggestions To Treat Candida

Most people suffer yeast infections called thrush or candida at some time in their lives. They can be found in the mouth as oral thrush and nappy rash in babies is also a cause of this fungus.

You may ask yourself what is candida and if I have got it how can it be treated?  You could go to your doctor and get a prescription.  However, would it not be better to treat it naturally? Prescription drugs often have side effects whereas natural remedies in the form of dietary supplements are wholly natural.

When the yeast overgrowth occurs, your intestinal tract is already out of balance.  This, in turn will lead to your immune system being compromised.  This is already evident, because the yeast fungus was allowed to take over.

Of what is candida now started with an imbalance between good and bad bacteria in your intestinal tract.  The overgrowth will produce toxins.  Candida can be anywhere in or on the body.  You can find it under nails under the moist area of the breast and, of course, in your private parts too.

The fungus overgrowth was caused in the first place because the intestines became oxygen poor.  There are natural dietary supplements available that deliver oxygen to the deprived areas.  Alternatively you may want to try a supplement with probiotics.

Probiotic, unlike antibiotic, means prolife and probiotics do pretty much the same as oxygenating products.  This means they will deliver  beneficial bacteria to replace the oxygen loving bacteria that have died off.

You may have to take these supplements for a little while, as the healing process is gradual.  Having said that, some people get relief of their symptoms pretty quickly, whilst in others the process takes longer.  The reason for this is that no immune system is the same.

In older people it may take a while because as we get older our immune responses decline.  You should know that yeast infections are more common after the menopause.  There are minimal natural side effects in taking these supplements.

NADH 20 mg - The Finchley Clinic

Respiration is the breakdown of energy (food) molecules in order to gain energy. Your body is constantly respiring to absorb nutrients and minerals from the food that you take in to separate them from the waste products that aren’t needed by your body. In order for the mitochondria- the organelle responsible for respiration in the body, to do this effectively and efficiently it needs an adequate supply of Oxygen and NADH, which is basically hydrogen in a useable form. Usually we take in traces of NADH from the food that we eat on a day to day basis; however this is a very fractional amount.

There are now products available to purchase online that make it possible for you to boost the levels of NADH in your body to speed up the process of aerobic respiration and assist with food breakdown. This will contribute to maintaining a healthy and efficient digestive system. This is possible by taking a supplement such as NADH 20mg, available directly from The Finchley clinic. Although, it is worth noting that you should always consult your doctor before taking supplements if you are on daily medication or are pregnant, or thinking about becoming pregnant.

It has also been suggested that taking NADH can contribute to the improvement of your overall health, but in particular, your cardiac health too, since your heart and your brain use up the most energy of all of your organs. They would therefore also benefit from a boost of NADH to enable them to function more efficiently. NADH also assists nearly 1000 enzymes within our body, meaning that not only will your cardiac health improve, but so should your digestive health. Enzymes work together to act upon specific types of molecules, so for example, lipase enzymes will break down fats, whilst protease ones will break down proteins into single amino acids that can then be utilised by the body. If NADH is readily available in the digestive system, then metabolism should increase meaning that food will be broken down more quickly to release more energy in a shorter space of time. This in turn should result in you feeling more energetic as a person and leave you ready to face whatever is in store for you that day. Imagine feeling on top form instead of being lethargic and disinterested, this can be achieved by taking NADH supplements.

Tablets that contain NADH should be taken by placing one under your tongue and allowing it to dissolve, as chewing or swallowing the tablet whole may affect the tablet’s ability to work to its highest capacity. For the majority of people taking NADH, one tablet is sufficient, however up to 6 tablets may be dissolved if your unique complaint calls for it.
